请问:回国调时差

去年回国两个礼拜,时间都浪费在调时差上了,到了上海,每天下午四五点的时候就实在吃不消就睡了,然后半夜里又醒,醒了又没事干,熬到早上。请问一下哪位有经验的朋友,如何在回国前提前开始调整时差,是适当早睡早起,还是晚睡晚起?还有就是飞机上应该睡吗?补充一下,回国后我可以早上睡觉睡到中午也行。关键是下午四五点的时候不要睡觉。

呵呵,希望如此吧,上飞机前一天多锻炼一会,特别是腿部肌肉。才三周,回上海怎么够。。。
