几可乱真的德国酸菜sauerkraut

今日在sobeys买菜,于卖salami之类熟肉食的冷柜内,发现一种乳白色的袋装菜,好奇之下看了看,说是碎的cabbage加盐发酵成的,含有living bacteria。我想说这不是跟酸菜差不多嘛。买回家打开一看果然是酸的,这要是真的酸菜就可以推荐给东北同学(我不是东北人,无法断定)啦。

谨慎起见上网查了一下,说是德国酸菜,发酵过程和东北酸菜相同,连东北人都觉得味道很正(网上看来的,见[url]http://baike.baidu.com/view/63836.htm?fr=ala0_1_1)[/url]和[url]http://www.cctongbao.com/thread/1835675#C1835675[/url]。特此推荐给爱吃酸菜的童鞋们。

again它的名字叫做sauerkraut,读作sour-crowt,sobeys有卖,如果找不到可以问店员。

如果东北童鞋有吃过觉得不对味的,也请在这边说明。我是觉得很好吃,刚刚做的酸菜火锅,吃巨多。 Edited by icywho

味道很好,和东北酸菜没有区别。不过口感偏硬,因为cabbage没有白菜的绿叶子的部分。但是这个罐头绝对比多伦多的小作坊做的东北酸菜卫生,罐头吃着多放心啊。我朋友05-06年左右介绍这个给我以后我再没有买过中国超市的酸菜
