不得不骂,月月帐单超100,rogers你吃屎了吧!

我操你妈,rogers,罗截尸无限通信!
我就两个服务,每个月都超过100元。
手机还是每个月10块的计划,加上网络你怎么能收到超过100,真佩服你。乱收钱,也该找个糊涂的人,也不能相同的人月月都出错。每个月都要我打电话回去要钱,你不tmd烦我还烦呢。

今天真tmd恶心,帐单一来,又是130多!打中文热线,把小姐给好好的骂了一遍。虽然没用脏字,但是语气和态度,估计把小姐也吓死了。

电视服务多收了我35,我说你怎么给我退,小姐告诉我,tv cable是其他部门,只能下个月返还给你,这个月要先交这个钱。
我说,你tmd给我利息吗?她还装糊涂,什么是利息。
我说,我迟交了帐单你要收我利息,我多交了不该交的钱,你是不是也应该给我付利息。她理解不了中文,我英文再重复一便。
小姐傻了,说不出话了,让我等了1分钟,现场给我减了!我操!!!

手机也多收了我5元,还装b说要查查是不是能给我免!最后,不好意思,多收你了!

你们怎么比中国电信还恶心呀!

每次给他们电话都要争吵一次,真是累~不过你,rogers给我听着,你越是乱搞,我还就越是找你麻烦!

还是aliant好,免费送上网就是免费,一分也不要,税也不要,真真切切。再也不用忍受bt满吞吞的了,连续剧终于能2天全下完!

rogers 就是這樣,
什麼都不算數.
我申請了home phone service, 明明說是往asia 打電話是unlimited的,
最後收我5cents /min.
不過, 中文台的服務都算不錯啦.
我跟他們說, 你們明明沒說過是打固網電話號才不收費,
他們都很抱歉,還馬上全退那個月算錯的電話費.

現在, 每個月都要看清楚收費是怎樣算...

哦。如果你在签10元计划之前,和rogers有其他协议没有到期的话,那rogers只能是在你原先计划上少收你10元。我之前是27元的计划没有到期,签了"10元计划“后,rogers每月收我17元。。目前为止还算lucky。。。没有被乱收。

不对,你要找他们去。 因为10块的计划,是不管你以前是什么,她都给你改成10块才对,我以前也是27,现在是10块。申请的时候他们都说了,以前的计划免费更改的成10块的。

我终于把网和电视给停了,30天的提前通知,再熬几天就熬过了,nnd,老子要是手机没合约,打死也不再用你。
今天rogers这b来电话了,说你都用了我们这么久,为什么不继续呀。我说我狠你们j8服务,那b女说我们道歉给您,如果给你一些好的offer,你会再选择我吗?我说,草,老子心都死了,除非世界就你一家公司我才会再考虑你。b女傻了,我挂了。

目前aliant下bt速度300多k........

对了,有电视的朋友要知道,rogers又要把一些频道放到personal channel里了(另加钱)。
