Happy New Year!
I have several announcements that I would like to share with the students that have shared my classes. I was wondering if these announcements could be posted on your web site?
I will be sending you a message about a New Year's Party that will be held this weekend in Saint John. I realize that you are in Calgary, but I want you to have a personal invitation any way. The party is for all Level 3-4 students who have shared my classes with me since January 2001. It is really a reunion. I thought the Chinese New Year would be a good time to do it. It will be for all of my former students - Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and , of course, their date:> if they wish to bring one.
Many of you have gone to other universities or returned to your home country. However, I wish every one to know that they are welcome and especially, not forgotten.
Also, in the very near future , I will be doing a presentation that will introduce students to a franchise business that they can invest in, even while they are studying. There is no risk to their visa and it will offer students an opportunity to gain experience and financial awareness before they leave their academic studies. It will also, give them an opportunity to earn money :>:>

Please do not make any long distance telephone calls as it is very expensive. It is important that you save your money for school priorities!
