I have one bedroom apartment on 45 Boyne Court and I am interested in leasing it from 1st January,2004. It is about 15 mins walk to UNB and close to bus station route. There are two choices for rental prices that are $660 Utility included or $545 nothing included. It is a security building and also suitable for a couple to live.
