我9月份从SJ转到FRE读书，所以想找一间房子长住。一定要干净，离学校比较近。

The room is big, and located at Dundonald st., 10 minutes can walk to UNBF，5 mins can get to Superstore, 12 mins can reach the Downtown. You also will find the bus stop nearby. And just $285 monthly one person, share the light fee, fridge, stove, quiet student only. Nonsmokers, no pets. Available September 1th. Deposit required.
房间位于二楼阳面；安静，适合学习、休息。
